Our Colonial House are very popular do not miss opportunity to stay with us ! Colonial house completely private with private entrance and private two kitchens , free private parking up to 5-6 cars . House Located at peaceful and Safe Neighborhood , short walk to Patty O’s cafe , bakery , antique stores and about 15 min away from Shenandoah national park! Two lovely bedrooms with half bathroom located upstairs ,the master suite with attached full master bathroom located downstairs ! Every bedroom has comfy queen size beds , with high end sheets , pillows ,soft blankets .Every room has windows with natural light . Two full size bathrooms with tub and shower .We provide excellent quality soft towels, shampoo, soap , hairdryer and more. Each bathroom has extra bright lights to help you to look your best for coming up events . Iron equipment located in laundry room . House in the middle split by door it give you completely privacy from your guests . The door divided house on two units and each unit has own private entrance , living room and fully equipped kitchen . Each kitchen had full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot , toasters , stove with oven and more . We inviting you to relax on sofa and watch 42 inch Roku Tv . Very important -we provide you Free fast Wi-Fi ( !!!only t-mobile phone service available at Washington VA) . Colonial house one of the original historical homes from the time when George Washington ( first president) surveyed and laid out town over 250 years ago .Colonial House is fully furnished and located in the heart of Washington ,VA right at downtown within easy walking distance to everything. Every room has a charm of history & everything you need to enjoy your stay. We recently upgrade our Colonial House with hardwood floors , new central heating & air system . Our house has excellent reviews ,all our guests noted that house is very clean and comfortable ! We available for you 24/7 by phone call/text . We'll give you Complete Privacy during your stay but we asking our guests to keep outside noises down after 10 pm . We are pet friendly , Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture . An Extra Cleaning fee $50 -$200 would be charged to remove pet hair from bedding or replace damaged furniture , please let’s discuss it. Please, read cancellation policy.

We had a wedding in the area so that is why we chose this VRBO. It was as described with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and parking was easy. We would stay here again.

My spouse and parents were having dinner at the Inn and found this gem. It’s an old house with some fun quirks, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts stocked it nicely and it was a great location for dinner at the Inn and walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely go back.

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.

Wonderful House in Washington Virginia
This is a lovely home that has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. You are also provided nice extras like 2 Kitchens, snacks, water, Coffee, Kleenex Tissues, Luxurious towels and bedding, great lighting in the bathroom and wonderful shower heads. You are in a very pretty area in the Virginia countryside. If you want to splurge on a Michelin 3* restaurant - the Inn at Little Washington is a 5 minute walk. They also have a more casual dining option called Patti O's across the street. You also are close to Shenandoah National park for beautiful scenery and hiking options. Jeff and Oxana are very helpful and responsive. You will thoroughly enjoy your visit.

We booked this property as a place for my in-laws, sister in law, and my sister to stay for our son's wedding at the Inn at Little Washington. Communication with the owner before arrival was always timely and excellent. The owners accommodated the needs of my elderly in-laws for an early check in. The house was immaculate, and the location was perfect for them because it was so close to the Inn.

We chose this listing because they allowed pets. The location was perfect within walking distance to shopping and dinners. There were many wineries within a short drive. Despite it being a very hot weekend, the house was nice and cool. We were made to feel welcome by the hosts and would definitely return for another great weekend.
