This beautiful 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bath home is located in one of the finest communities of Washington. It can comfortably sleep 10 guests or up to 14 guests with the assistance of 4 twin foam roll out mats. Enjoy taking day trips to one of the many National or State Parks just a short drive away. Relax while barbequing under the setting desert sun, on your patio. Host a family game night and play one of the board games provided or have a cozy movie night in the living room. Great stay!
This property was perfect for our family while in the area visiting National Parks. It was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located near the pool and pickleball courts. We felt at home, had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool area. We highly recommend this property.

Home base visiting National parks
Vacation visiting national parks! This property is definitely as pictured! We very much enjoyed coming back to this home base. Very clean , roomy and comfortable. May seem like small thing but nice to park in garage and ease of unloading car & groceries. Area was close to stores and restaurants. Only about 45 minutes from Zion , which was convenient!

Lovely. Only issue was AC: very cold upstairs, and varied 1st floor, mostly ok.
We came for our son’s graduation. Great location. Iron man threw a wrench into getting to Zion , but we made it and witnessed the glory of Gods creation.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location, super close to the freeway (without feeling like you’re next to I-15) to get to our ball games! We loved being right across from the pickleball courts and pool- my kids could scope out an empty court form the front porch. We only wish the community had more courts! They were always busy! We loved riding scooters on the trails too. There was plenty of room for all of us- 4 adults and 4 kids. Loved having a washer and dryer to wash the baseball unis! The kitchen was huge and had plenty of storage. Beds were comfy and so nice to have all the extra blankets, pillows and bedding for extra beds. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful property for families
Our family really enjoyed this property. It sits across the street from pool/waterslide/lazy river and 2 hot tubs. The kids spent hours each day doing laps even though it was March and not all that warm! Parents watched from the comfort of the hot tub. Pools are clean and mostly3’6” and 4’ at the deepest, so pretty safe feeling if kiddos can swim. You can see the pickleball court from the window which is nice to not have to wait in line for an available court. The beds are soft and comfortable with TVs in each room. The kitchen could be a little better stocked, but had all general necessities. The gas stove was nice to cook on. As others have said, the carpet is showing wear and bunching a little in high traffic areas upstairs, but that was a non-issue for us. The neighborhood feels very nice and safe. We will definitely stay here again!

Central location to Southwest UT adventure
The beds were very comfortable! Middle unit with pool right across the street. Nice finishes. Ample linens and kitchen was completely furnished with pans, dishes etc. I would suggest it’s time to replace the scratched Teflon pans and clean the living room rug. I appreciate the vinyl flooring on main level for easy clean up. We felt very safe in this area. Lovely unit.

Great spot!
We really liked this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool area right across the street from our unit on the last night of our stay. The only small issue we had was with the area rug under the dining table — the edges were curled up such that we kept tripping on it. We moved the table out of the way so we could rotate the curled edge side towards the wall so we could no longer trip over it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!
This was perfect for our family of 6 plus my parents who joined us. House was clean, well equipped and in a great location for the soccer tournament we were in town for. It was extra fun to make the Kennedy connection - my dad, who was with us, was the sound mixer on the film that was made about her and her family!

Our experience with the management was great from before we got there until we left. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. My son, who is 8, said "whoever decorated this gouse did a very nice job". The beds were amazingly comfortable The place had games, extra toweyowels, blankets, linens, garbage bags etc. We would stay there again.

Red sands was so kind and helpful when VRBO put us at wrong place.
The Red Sands property management was wonderful to try to help us after vrbo messed up the listing. Vrbo had terrible customer service and would do nothing to help us after they put us at the wrong location and property. But this hoise was very nice and very well stocked and we are grateful for red sands and their great customer service and trying to help us and the property was very well maintained and they left little cookies and welcome notes and such. A great house, just the wrong location. Book directly with red sands vacation rentals and not vrbo l.

Beautiful new home. Nice neighborhood. Extremely clean and very well equipped. The only thing missing in my opinion were some larger pasta bowls. Outside area was small and was not private. We did not use it. Passes to recreation area were useful, but needed a car to drive there. Property managers were very responsible but were not available after 7pm. Although not needed during our stay, it would have been good to have someone available for emergencies. Location was perfect for our needs. At the time of booking I was worried about the distance to Zion but it turned out that we preferred Snow Canyon over Zion. Easy drive to Zion, we only spent half a day to do Angel’s Landing. Too much like Disney World. Did not return for second day despite having shuttle tickets. Day trip to Bryce was fantastic. Can’t wait to book this beautiful home again when the weather is a bit cooler.

Super clean! Great place!
This place is so so clean and organized. Very helpful management. It’s a beautiful place, decorated so well. The only comment I would make is that the AC is strictly controlled. 73 was a little warm for us to sleep in but other than that, the place was great. Also the pullout couch in the master is off limits so don’t count on using that. It was perfect for our family of 5.
