Energy efficient house with , large screen internet TV, gas fireplace in the family room. Deck with gas grill. Open floor plan with modern kitchen that has gas appliances, dishwasher, extra large fridge, granite counters, and bar top with stools. Large bedrooms, pool table in the basement rec room with wet bar and undercounter fridge. Great for entertaining.

Check in 4pm, check out at 10am, as we have to prepare the house for our next guests. Thank You!

Large lot, with a 200 ft driveway, plenty of off street parking also.

Perfect Location, perfect space for larger group!
This was such an ideal location for us and the perfect house for our group of 11! We brought our homeschool group for a DC trip and couldn’t have found a better place. Close to the metro, great sleeping spaces. There are two tables that up to 12 people could eat at. The beds were so comfortable. Larry was great with communication. Will definitely recommend for future groups.

Everything with this stay went as expected and representation of the property is accurate. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood and close to major routes. We did have a few questions to the manager during the stay and he was very responsive via text.

Military Funeral Arlington
The property was perfect for our 8 family members. Plus it was the petfect venue to hold the wake after my father's military funeral at Arlington. Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and a great location. Our host was attentive to any concerns before and during our stay. 5 stars!!!

Our group of friends really enjoyed our stay at this house! It had plenty of room and the location was perfect for us and the things we wanted to do. Some of the furnishings ( kitchen chairs ) are showing lots of wear but didn’t stop us from using them😁

Great place for a family vacation
This was a great place to stay outside of Washington DC. We were a little nervous about the look of the area, but had absolutely no troubles and enjoyed it tremendously. The owner was very responsive to our concerns and needs. The house was beautiful and enormous, making our family very comfortable.

Beautiful! The house was everything we hoped for. The bedroom and bathroom on the main floor was really helpful since I use a walker. I highly recommend it to anyone that can't do stairs! The kitchen was fully equiped. It was close to our family wedding. I did miss watching the news......

Spacious Hidden Retreat in Alexandria
What a huge house! It was great, had large televisions and even a pool table which I wish I had at home! In a great location that is easy to get to everything in the area. Also, far enough (from the curb) that you feel secluded from everyone in the neighborhood. Nice grill and we had a blast hanging out bbq'ing and enjoying everyone's company.

Big place for a big group
We had a group of 13 and this home had all the room (and rooms!) we needed. There were plenty of places for large groups throughout the home. The kids enjoyed the pool table and downstairs living room that gave them space away from the grownups.

First time on East coast
My husband, myself, and several friends were in the DC area for a funeral. It was so nice to have a space large enough for everyone to gather, share memories, but still do their own thing. This house was prefect for my family of 11. We were close to Arlington Cemetery to bury my mother. Everything was as pictured. Enough room for all of us to enjoy ourselves. Would definitely use this place again. Close to restaurants and the metro. Larry was easy to contact.

Massive house for the whole family
We came to the DC area from MN/WI to run the Marine Corps marathon. The house offered plenty of space for all 10 of us. The beds were comfy and cozy, the kitchen was equipped for the many meals we prepared, and the location was a perfect distance from everything. We saw a lot of deer in the yard and felt like we were nestled in the woods. Very peaceful location. We were a little sad to leave. If you ever want to have an adult getaway in the area or lodging for a large group for the marathon, I’d strongly recommend this home.

Great Home for a Large Family
We had 11 adults stay in this large beautiful home for a family wedding. It was a short drive to the metro where we could get anywhere we wanted/needed to go. Although we were out and about most of the week sightseeing during a very rainy week, it was great to come home and relax in the evenings with everyone having their own space. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The home was very well equipped with most everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this home to others needing a large home in the Washington, DC area.
