The Space
This home is a two bedroom, two and a half bath condo on the second level of a red brick townhouse. One flight of stairs must be climbed. The house is simply decorated to compliment the cherry hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is simply furnished, well lived in and loved. We hope you find its imperfections as cozy and charming as we do! Our home is smoke free. Guests have access to a full kitchen with all appliances, including the washer and dryer. The primary suite has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full sized pull out sofa/ day bed. There is a full bath and half bath accessible from the hallway. The TVs are equipped with streaming internet access via Roku, (no cable or satellite). Use your own log in to access your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney account. Numerous local broadcast stations are viewable.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the open living, dining and kitchen area. Some cabinets are locked with homeowner belongings. Guests have access to the primary bedroom and bathroom as well as the guest bedroom and hall bathroom. All closets are locked with the homeowners belongings. Thank you for respecting our privacy.

U Street is a vibrant neighborhood full of great restaurants and retail. Some nearby favorites include Barcelona, Pearl Dive, Ben's Next Door and Cafe U. Additionally check out Twins Jazz, the 9:30 Club, and Atlantic Plumbing movie theater.
Getting Around
The best way to get around is to walk, bicycle or metro. There is very limited street parking for non-residents, with a 2 hour limit, especially during the evening.
