It is also a short scenic drive from Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. A secure, secluded location but still centrally located to all of Southern Utah's hot spots. The perfect place for a fun getaway with family or friends!
This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.
The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.
In the garage, you will find fishing poles for you to use at the community fishing pond.
We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, games and puzzles, DVDs, and TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.
Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am.
Please remember there is no smoking on or near the premises, and pets are not allowed. There will be a minimum of $200 fine for either infraction.
For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.
The code to the front door will be given to you on the day of your arrival.
The property has a 1 car garage and 1 car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. If you have an RV, ATV, trailer, boat, or extra vehicles, Block Storage (one mile north) at 6105 W 240 N is available for $10 per space per day.
There is a garage door opener and pool key fob left in the property. Please return items there upon departure.
A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.
