The Space:
This Victorian townhouse apartment includes a spacious living room to relax in with a bay window, leather couch, and Smart TV. A nice selection of books are yours to enjoy, sit back and relax after a busy day in the city.
There is a full sized kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher), brand new Quartz countertops, and amenities including coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, blender, as well as plenty of cookware, dishes, and silverware. Next to the kitchen, you will find a lovely dining area to enjoy a 'home' cooked meal, or a take out from one of the amazing restaurants steps away from the apartment.
Cozy up in the spacious bedroom, decorated in relaxing hues of green and a Queen sized bed, alarm clock, nightstands, dresser, and a walk-in closet with plenty of clothes hangers. The desk and chair provide a comfortable well lit working space, coupled with strong Wifi this is perfect for anyone that needs to work from home during their stay.
The newly designed bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower with glass sliding doors, and toiletries such as moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included!
Across from the bathroom, you will find a washer and dryer, and laundry hamper. Detergent will be provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit, it is not shared. Please note that the back patio area is shared, and the owners reside in the upstairs unit.
There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.
The Neighborhood:
This property is conveniently located within a few short blocks of Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, Adams Morgan, and U Street, but still maintains a calm, and residential feel, you’re super close to the action while having a quiet spot to rest and relax.
You will find an array of restaurants, shops, parks, and other sights to see, all within short walking distance. We can’t wait to share our favourites! Should you choose to go further out into the city, you will also find convenient public transportation options.
