Beautiful Two Level Apt in DC

Beautiful two level apartment in brownstone in the heart of Washington, DC. The place is fully equipped with key amenities and is walking distance to the capitol and most DC sites. We have cable and Wi-Fi, washer and dryer and 2200 square feet of space. This is perfect for family, business or individual travelers. We have a backyard and grill and a seating area. There is a Safeway 5 blocks away as well as many restaurants and local cafes. Private parking lot is available only 4 blocks away on New York Avenue and 5th street intersection and street parking is available to the public on a first come basis on Kirby or N street. Uber, Lyft or taxis are recommended for sites beyond walking distance.

DC trip
We enjoyed the apartment, it was our escape from the hustle bustle outside. D.C is huge and way too much to see, so once we could fight traffic to get back to house it was great. Night time was sketchy but daytime was a new world. We learned fast to stay inside after dark. Only issue we had was with kitchen sink was stopped up and couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work. Looked like previous renters left a lot of food in sink. But that was no biggie to us. We washed dishes in dishwasher and washed rest in a large bowl. I’m sure owners know the trick. IF we would ever go back we would want this place, but due to us being country bumpkins we probably won’t go back to DC. We got our fill! Thank you for sharing your place with us! We left waters and drinks in fridge, we didn’t drink the wine because we don’t like ALL wine and didn’t know which one would be sweet, so the next person can enjoy!
