Perfect stay for a family!
This location is absolutely awesome! Amenities are great and roomy. Close enough to DC to drive in for the day. Kitchen was great to cook in and plenty of space to play games at the table. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would definitely stay again!

Long weekend to visit Washington DC
This property is great for a family of 4. Our children are young adults. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Location was good and all the neighbours were friendly. Great communication with the host. Highly recommended.

Huh! What can I say?
Roach issues. Communication issues. Trying to still communicate to see about some sort of financial compensation. Only slept there. Could do no cooking due to the issue with roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Carpets dirty and in need of cleaning or replacement. Will not recommend. Will never stay again. Oh, that's everywhere! Neighbors were friendly and kind. Very personable!

The floor is sticky, in the kitchen-dining room. There were cockroaches and bugs. Although there were bugs even in drawers. The carpets in the rooms are stained and dirty. The dishwasher doesn't work. There are no basic kitchen things, like a strainer, or kitchen scissors. One week, 4 people, 4 bath towels, none for hands, several small ones. It is a floor, when you enter the stairs, (no elevator), it smells very bad and even little mice run. The photos are very doctored, the place is much smaller than it appears. Really very bad.

Checkin didn't go well. Door wouldn't open when we got there. Owner responded fairly quick. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Comfortable.

Visite Washington
Appartement très calme et propre. Bien situé on trouve toutes les commodités à proximité, mais pour les visites à Washington, nous avons prit la voiture et nous nous sommes stationné dans centre commercial pour prendre le métro afin d'éviter la circulation et les problèmes de stationnement dans Washington. Un beau séjour dans cet appartement, mais il manque un peu d'équipement pour faire à manger sur place.

Für uns als Familie gut
Die Bilder in der Beschreibung waren sehr zutreffend, es war eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit viel Platz und reserviertem Parkplatz 18. Insgesamt war es sauber und wir haben uns nach dem ersten Eingewöhnen wohl gefühlt, obwohl wir auch mal eine Küchenschabe gesehen haben und draußen ein paar leicht verhaltensauffällige Anwohner herum gelaufen sind, aber insgesamt eher harmlos und vglw. sicher. Die direkten Nachbarinnen waren stets nett und freundlich. Die Fenster waren sehr günstig zum Aufschieben, das hat zwar wenig Sicherheit ausgestrahlt, dem Haus und der eher günstigen direkten Umgebung entsprechend, eher einfach und hält nicht wirklich einen ab. Es war sehr ruhig gelegen und in der Umgebung waren auch ein paar schöne Strassen. Die Entfernung nach Washington war mit Auto perfekt zu erreichen, die Unterkunft war halb so teuer, wie in Washington direkt zu wohnen, für uns insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, ein eigenes Schlafzimmer für die Kinder mit zwei Einzelbetten, ideal. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut gewesen und etwas gemütlichere Beleuchtung, aber Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren da, das war gut!
