"Amazing stay at Gathering Grains Farm. We have been to Brenham many times to attend the Antique Shows and have had to stay in the local hotels. Never again as long as Gathering Grains Farm is available. The “barn” guest suite is exceptional. It is clear that the owners want their guests to feel at home as attention has been given to every detail - even down to a loaf of homemade sourdough bread for a guest treat! The grounds surrounding the barn are quiet and peaceful with lovely country views...

"It is a beautiful property. We barely saw the owners however. I actually never even met him or her. I only saw some workers. There was nothing offered for us to do or anything shown to us on the property. There is a fire pit but there was no one to light it. And there is a barbecue grill but I would’ve had no idea how to start it. Luckily we had eaten a very late lunch or we would have starved to death. Lol. "Perfect location near the Legends Facility when we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The owner was very nice and responsive. The house was extremely nice, clean and accessible. The beds even had adjustable sleep number mattresses! We'll definitely book again the next time we're in town. "

"The apartment is attached to a large red multi-purpose barn located on a country road that ends in a cul-de-sac. It’s a beautiful, rural area. The unit has a great kitchen and is clean and peaceful. I enjoyed watching the neighbors’ horses and chickens from the kitchen window. The host responded promptly to the few minor issues we had. We definitely hope to return."
