"We stayed here for 2 nights in July and absolutely loved every minute of it. We stayed at the presidential suite, which has a jacuzzi on the deck and indoor and outdoor shower plus indoor bathtub (relaxation to the max). What really makes this place so wonderful is the service and attention to detail. The staff are so happy, helpful and friendly, they all even learn our name. "This is the second time I have stayed at this Lodge. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the manageress made me feel like I was doing her the favour by staying at the lodge. I called the day before to advise that I may be late in checking in. The response was aggressively that they knock off at 9pm, not offering any alternatives to that. When arriving at 8pm, I was reminded that I was EARLY! I was then attacked for paying the wrong fee. I had simply booked and paid the rate...
