Check out this lovely cottage for your next memorable getaway! You'll be just mere steps away from the beautiful shores of Wasaga Beach, where you can settle down and relax for a while with your favorite book in hand as your kids splash around in the waters. Treat the family to a fun day out at Elmvale Jungle Zoo and enjoy the many exhibits of the various animals that call our planet home.

Once you've had your fill of the day, come on back to your quaint cottage and step in through the front door to find a splendid interior decor fit for a family. Lie down on the couch for a quick power nap, then wake up to the sweet smell of food cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, ready for your expert chef of the group to make use of its appliances. Then go for a stroll alongside the lake with your loved ones. Around nighttime, start up the firepit and roast some marshmallows over the flame. This is one getaway you won't want to miss!
Take a peaceful ride on your kayak to the a private Beach on Georgian Bay. Then come home to relax at the fire pit and watch the sun set. 10 minute walk to Beach Area 1 where restaurants and boutiques are located, Wal-Mart and Food Land are 2 minutes away just in case you forgot something! If you are looking for 2 cottage to rent, we have 2 next door to each other for larger family fun!!!!

Amazing
The sunsets were out of this world. We had so much fun; fire on the river; games around the table; morning coffee on the deck. Levon is the ' host with the most'. We are making it an annual affair. Thanks Levon for an amazing vacation.

Wasaga Beach
The best part about this property is the location, it is 3 minutes away from the main beach and has a lot of restaurants and stores very close by, including the most efficient Tim Hortons I've ever been to. It was a lso very beautifully located on a river front where the kids enjoyed playing, however, I did find that there was quite a bit of garbage that could have been picked up to make it more welcoming. The other issues I had were, the posting says there is a hot tub in the amenities which I always look for because my kids are obsessed, but there is no hot tub. The wifi was extremely weak and only worked for less than hour.

Love Cozy Cottage!
My family loved staying at this cottage! It was new and clean, right on the water, fully equipped, and peacefully decorated. We were able to BBQ and have a campfire, cook when we wanted, but be close enough to other options when we didn’t. Right between Beach 1 and New Wasaga Beach so we went to both! The Owners were courteous and provided directions, offered suggestions, and we experienced a whole new adventure at Wasaga this year. Thank you!!

Cozy Cottage Stay
Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was awesome, the location was the perfect distance from the main beach. You could enjoy the craziness of the beach area then come home and relax peacefully with the beautiful view of the water. Beds were cozy, and the pullout couch offered lots of sleeping space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining space outside overlooking the water made it even better. Would definitely recommend for those who want a comfortable peaceful space after a day on the beach 😊
