"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

"Please be aware this is a shared kitchen. The property is on a working farm which is off the main road and nice and quiet. Difficult to find the entrance. Look out for the small sign for lower field farm go down a long farm track and you get to the farm. The property could do with some TLC but over all ok. "

"Heron View was perfect for a relaxing and very quiet break over the festive period. Caroline & Paul were the perfect hosts and we will return. "

"We had such a lovely stay at Victoria’s Lily Pad apartment. It was like a home from home. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater and the bathroom was clean and modern, the shower is amazing. Overall the apartment is so comfortable and perfect for a couple. Bidford upon Avon is such a central base to visit the surrounding areas. Stratford is about 10-15 away in the car. Broadway and Bourton on the water are stunning and well worth a visit. "Beautiful property in beautiful grounds. Kitchen, bathroom and living room spacious. Bedrooms on the small side but functional. What I loved was hearing the outside clock chime the hours. Overall a lovely place to stay"

"Lovely clean and spacious apartment right in the middle of town. We thought it might be noisy but the street outside was silent by the evening. No parking on site but there was a cheap and safe long stay car park five or so minutes walk away. We'd stay here again!"

"Lovely property in a very convenient location to access town centre. Could only mark it down from perfect on a couple of items. 1, whopping great big water stain on lobby ceiling. 2, milk in the fridge had turned to yogurt. Other than that, again, it was perfect. Would stay again."

"This property exceeded our expectations. It was warm, well-equipped and definitely centrally located. Arriving to find a large fully decorated Christmas tree was a delightful surprise. Our host answered questions promptly and there was a helpful folder of advice. We will be returning to this absolute gem."

From new carpets, paint on walls, new vinyl in kitchen and blinds throughout.There was no bins to leave refuge outside property.On a good note the bed linen and towels were immaculate and Equipment ie kettle, pans tv where I would say possibly new!Location great fr centre of town. Check in for me wasn’t good as they do not give codes until check in time on day of arrival and via apts or links which is no good when you only have a standard pay...

"Good size property for a group of 4-6 size on a short break. Clean and tidy with good amenities. Even though central and on a main road was not noisy. Felt safe with good security. Good secure car park with no restraints on spaces etc. Small point, but would be great to add a hair dryer to amenities."
