I enjoyed the hotel and staff for almost week, but I found the emergency training exercise, personnel practiced, involving guests unacceptable. It felt ridiculous to use guests as part of the staff’s training. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and in my opinion, it’s not appropriate. Most guests only stay for a few nights, so it’s also pointless. For example, my 90-year-old father found it distressing. The alarm frightened him, and having to go up and down the 4 floors stairs at his age was not funny. I also noticed families with babies and toddlers last two days, and I can’t imagine if this could happen to them. I strongly recommend the authorities revise their protocol to better suit the hotel environment. On another note, the air conditioner in my room didn’t work properly, which was disappointing.

Nice hotel but breakfast is terrible
Hotel is nice and comfortable, the minus is a a/c when you not move it’s switched off after couple of minutes as is working on motion sensor and this is bit ridiculous. Breakfast is terrible long queues lack of free tables poor selections of food, the kitchen workers switching off coffeemakers and take off food 10 minutes before the breakfast time should finish which is ridiculous as some popped waiting long time for empty table. Overall hotel is comfortable nice big room but breakfast is the worst.

Clean and modern, but noisy.
Great hotel with the exception of noise. Kids were allowed to run around in the hallways and play in the elevators at 10 at night. The doors between the family rooms shut hard and there was constant banging until late in the night from people letting these doors slam in their conjoined rooms.

I really liked their breakfast. Well, may be if I stayed there for 2 weeks or more I would get tired of the same thing, but in my 4 days I really enjoyed it. Rooms are on the smaller side, but nice and clean. And again, for the price, which is more than reasonable, the size (non)issue is negligible. Everyone in the hotel spoke English. I would stay in this hotel again.
