4th time i have stayed here.but will i be back?
badly let down by the stains and ripped furniture in the lounge. Totally the wrong type of carpet did not help. I dont know why but this time my room was very noisy idiots in cars and party in the next door restaurant did not help

Great location, quick and easy check in and out, plenty of space in the room, and The hotel is in a great location, with most tourist areas within walking distance or close to public transport. Check-in and out was very quick and easy. There was plenty of free space in our room, with wardrobe and storage space. The kitchen area was very useful for making small meals, rather than eating at restaurants all the time. The two issues we had were a squeaky bed (although it was quite comfortable), and some cleanliness issues. The sofa had a lot of markings, and even had some money left between the cushions - presumably from the previous guests.

The property was in a good location close to Museum of Science and across from the coach park to the airport. All metro, tram and bus stops were in close proximity to travel to the old town and other places of interest. The property was clean and had all amenities if you wanted to dine in or keep cold refreshments in the fridge.

Excellent location. Nice service. Comfortable bed. Couch with large dirty spots.Air condition not efficient enough for the hot weather outside. Noisy street but OK if windows closed. Shower clean but was barely draining. This a modest hotel but location in the heart of Warsaw beats everything. Good deal for the price.

Well, the good first. The breakfast was great, the front desk staff was also very good. That’s it. The cleaning lady walked in without knocking, good thing everybody was dressed! The air conditioning was wasn’t working, when asking when it would be fixed, they kept saying the next day. The next day, they would say the same thing, apparently the repair place wasn’t answering their calls. So I asked for a discount, They wanted to know why, it wasn’t their fault. Really, so it’s mine, the customer? Then they asked me to write a review so they can show the repair shop to help them get the air conditioning fixed faster. So I help them but get nothing in return. The furniture is stained (probably from people sweating), the carpet made my socks dirty and stained, and they haven’t even tried to offer me any compensation other then, it’s not their fault. Do yourself a favor, and stay somewhere else. There are lots of hotels that will take care of you and appreciate your business, this place is not one of them.
