Casita Del Mar is set on 3 levels, allowing space to spread out - The ground level includes a single carport which has been converted as a laundry with a washing machine & small games room plus there is also an additional shower and toilet, perfect to wash the sand off before continuing upstairs. There is a large space perfect for storing surfboards, bikes, golf clubs etc. Infront of the carport, you are welcomed to a small sitting area, furnished with a double pull out couch, allowing for extra sleeping arrangements. There is a private outdoor sitting area to the front of the apartment, fitted out with a small table & chairs.

Flowing up the stairs to the next level, you are welcomed to the main living area of the home, Adjoined to the main living area is a second outdoor, sitting area/balcony consisting of a little seating area with 2 chairs and a table, looking out over the lady bay resort. This also includes another seating area including a double couch, plus two individual sitting chairs. to the rear of this level, you have a full kitchen with all the basic appliances you need, including a small dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle plus all cutlery and dishware you will need for your stay. located adjoined to the kitchen there is an open dining room fitted with a 6-seater dining table, perfect for those nights when you feel like a home cooked meal.

Behind the kitchen area is a separate lounge area with an L shaped couch which doubles as a futon bed. This lounge area includes extra seating in the likes of bean bags plus a large smart TV with Hi-Fi system. You will also find a collection of Board games for all age ranges. To help cool/heat the home, there is a split system in this main lounge area.

Heading up the next set of stairs to the top-level bedrooms, It contains 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 guests. Your first bedroom is set up with 3 singles, whilst the main bedroom is fitted out with a queen bed. Both bedrooms upstairs have access to a full bathroom including a separate bath & shower plus a separate toilet.
