"Everything was great about the room and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issue was that when we were checking in, there were issues with the room(s) being ready. The hotel is going through renovations and the upper management did not communicate effectively with the facility management. We had one roe reserved which wasn’t ready. They got us a different room and were told it was ready. When we got to the room it was still being cleaned up and didn’t have all the furniture/bed/linens there. We had to wait in the hallway for the workers to finish a room. However, they were very apologetic and made sure we had everything we needed. Once in the room, it was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We will stay again if in the area. "

"This is our favorite hotel in Augusta. Plenty of close food choices and other conveniences near by. Love that they added parking with the booking. Saves the trouble of figuring out street parking. "
