Ocean front and private home a quiet gated community, with nothing between you and the beach but the beach path. Follow this path to expansive sprawling sand and ocean! Lots of windows throughout to maximize views, including Tillamook Head! Sit on the wind protected deck, or go up the Crows Nest style mini deck for an even better view. You are sure to see some elk or deer among many varieties of birds. There are two living room/sitting areas, each with a flat screen TV and one with a gas fireplace, the other a wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully appointed and includes a breakfast bar, and dining area adjacent. The master bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed plus Queen hide-a-bed and master bath. Second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, hall bathroom is nearby both bedrooms. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms; one with a Queen and the other a pair of Twins. Full bathroom downstairs has tub/shower combo. The garage is equipped with a Ping-Pong table and Foosball. Come breathe the salt/fresh air, wet your toes, or fly a kite! The hot tub is now back and ready for your enjoyment! Sleeps 8 max, parking for 4 cars. This home is strictly for family vacation rentals. We enjoyed our short stay at this house. I cooked a lot and this house was well equipped with cooking pots and pans. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Kids had fun with the ping pong table and were very excited to walk to the beach.

Beautiful house, quiet spot
Had a wonderful stay with extended family. Teens played ping pong and foosball nonstop in the game room, we saw deer outside the window and enjoyed the windows everywhere. Hot tub, crows nest, quiet community and central location between seaside/cannon beach and astoria were ideal. Thank you!

Surf Pines Trip
I was a bit disappointed that it seemed quite rustic-old when we arrived but it grew on me. The location was fantastic with great access to the beach. It was a good size for our family and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood was a bonus. Screens need repair and blinds are needed on several west facing windows to shield from setting sun. Deck area could use an outdoor furniture update.

What a great location!
We stayed here with my bridal party for our wedding weekend, and I could not be happier with the location. We used it for getting ready and first look photos on the beach. A perfect short walk to the beach. An awesome living room space that easily fit all 10 of us. Parking was super accessible and we easily fit the 3 cars we used. Super comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. Hot tub took a while to heat up so when you get there I would turn it on If your using it that night, But that’s totally normal. Nothing to complain about! Thank you again! Definitely coming back next year :)

Amazing Warrenton Getaway
This is a terrific home located just a 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach! We had plenty of room for two families with four bedrooms + 3 full bathrooms. The game room with ping pong table + foosball was a huge hit as was the hot tub with a view of the grassy dunes! The wi-fi at this home was amazingly fast and we even had some deer + elk visit a few times. There is also a crow's nest (small deck along the roofline of this home) that provided amazing panoramic views, in addition to the views from the deck, sunroom, living room and master bedroom. Thank you VRBO - we really enjoyed this home!

The property is not being kept up at. Many things broken and toilets not cleaned.
The property is not being kept up. We were told last year after our stay the hot was going to be removed. It’s still there and broken. All the screens are ripped or missing, outdoor lights don’t work, kitchen table and chairs are old and terrible. We will not be back. The neighbor also is hostile towards renters. He actually yelled profanities at us and we didn’t do anything. We are a respectful and quiet group. If the owners and management doesn’t care about the property why should we rent it ever again. We won’t

Great Place to Stay, I'd love to go back.
This house rocks. You can't beat the open living area with so many windows facing the ocean. It would be incredibly cozy during a storm, or extremely fun to be by the beach if the weather is nice. We managed both extremes on our trip and I left feeling refreshed. Like this place was legitimately good for my soul. We had some real problems with our check-in process where we felt like we were inconveniencing the lady at the rental office by staying with them. She was repeatedly rude to the point that I was hesitant to call the on-call cell phone when I needed something out because I didn't want to deal with it anymore (I actually wrote down some quotes from our conversation after getting off the phone to show my friends and they had a field day with it). Maybe we just caught the wrong person in the office, as when we did call the on-call phone number, that person was very courteous and helpful (I believe it was the owner of the rental company... she genuinely seemed to care about our stay) when we needed help with something. Overall, I thought the HomeAway listing did the place justice and I would love to go back. Pros: this house was amazing and met my expectations 100%. Trust the listing, it's worth it. The previous reviews that mention some stains on the carpet are true, but this doesn't feel like a "dirty house". It's hard to explain but it almost helps the vibe of the place. It's very clean and just feels "beachy". Also, the on-call cell person was fantastic. Cons: Hopefully a fluke situation dealing with the office before checking in.

Hodge Podge Beach House
We were a group of six adults.. we brought our two sons and their wives for an ocean side weekend. This is a cute house!! The floor plan is gorgeous and the kitchen was well appointed. Loved the sun room. We really loved the location and enjoyed being so close to the cool northern coastline beaches . My over all experience was OK however—- the house is not properly maintained- the sheets in the master were so foul smelling that my my husband demanded I take them off and wash them immediately because clearly they hadn’t been changed—- is that something a housekeeper would overlook? It appears the furnishings are random things you’d pick up at thrift stores and in changing the sheets myself I noticed the mattress on master bed is probably 15+ years old with a piece of yellow foam over it and a white mattress cover.... There were dust bunnies in the corners- and under the bed... This is just not acceptable for two reasons first and foremost we are in a serious pandemic and second your paying for professional cleaning- if I’m not mistaken it was 125.00 for this house. My husband is especially upset because we kept getting shocked in the jacuzzi- the outdoor lights on patio didn’t work so when he went to look at issue he found a whole lot of Mickey Mouse electrical work- that spells danger as he is a licensed home builder- extension cords running down the wall in the living room and the screens on windows are torn allowing mosquitos in. The landscaping was shabby - a lot of neglect... I was just not impressed overall but we made the most of it- oddly with a proper remodel and nicer furnishings the house could easily be 5 stars... Id not return.

Walking up the steps to the front door, which is filthy, the whole porch is. The house looks great in pictures, but they lie. The furniture on the deck is broken and filthy and there’s a gas grill that is literally falling apart on the deck as well. The indoor furniture is all stained and the sheets are as well. Beach towels are paper thin. No beach toys to play with. No napkins, no (1mini bar) soap or shampoo. And then there’s the neighbor with his welcome signs…

Girl's Retreat
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with one near neighbor. It faces west and is about two football fields away from the ocean beach. Though the beach is not in view from any level of the house decks, the path is a wide walkway. The sandy berm that edges the beach would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The beach is never "busy". Expect to see deer and bald eagles. The beach is wide and long. The sunroom was wonderful and the hot tub comfortable for four. The kitchen is adequately equipped, though the stove-top griddle and one of the large skillets have out lived their years of service. The linens are serviceable for the most part. There were a couple of dirty towels hanging and a couple were stained. The soiled areas were not visible until they were unfolded. With a little TLC this could be a great spot!

Beautiful beach!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is so beautiful and the fireworks put on by the locals were professional quality! It was convenient for checking out other areas along the coast such as Seaside and Cannon Beach, and near nice hiking. We had 7 people and 2 cars and the house had ample space and parking for us all. The game room was a nice thing to have, many games of ping pong were played. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The house does get a touch hot during the day when it is sunny, even when the outdoor temps are only in the 60s - probably need more window coverings, but it cools down quickly as the sun moves, just a little uncomfortable in the afternoon. The only downside to this rental is that the neighbors don't want short term rentals there - and I completely understand their perspective, although I try to be a good neighbor when I rent, so with all the signs at the houses around ("homes not hotels"), you don't feel very welcome. Specifically, the neighbor immediately to the south has his house covered with signs. I did also find it surprising to be presented with a "tip" envelope for the cleaning staff, when we were already paying host and service fees in addition to the nightly rental fee. I think that the management company should set those fees at a level that enables them to pay their employees or contractors a reasonable amount/living wage for their work.

Great Location
We loved the location and layout of the property. That being said there is a lot needed in the way of maintenance and cleaning. There were cobwebs and quite a few spiders we had to take care of. Overall things were dusty and in need of a deep clean. Upon arrival the hall bathroom was not clean at all, and the toilet was pretty gross. The top bunks in the kids' room were sandy/dusty and had obviously not been taken care of in a long time. We loved the proximity of the beach and had a wonderful time, we just would not go back unless some major cleaning was done. The property manager was very communicative and helpful with our check in and a minor repair that had to be done.

Central location for beach vacay
Large house near the beach for family group. Has many amenities included but struggled with TV stuff and needs some upgrading. The county changed the rules on the number of people it can accomodate and the neighbor next door has signs posted which need to be removed since the new rules were passed and he and a neighbor got in a yelling match as we were leaving. Overall enjoyed our stay with kids and grandkids and midway between Warrenton and Seaside.

So fun!
This was such a fun house! There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. The walk to the beach was easy and pleasant. The path was well maintained and so lovely with the tall grass. Overall, a wonderful spot to gather and celebrate my folk's 50th wedding anniversary. Thank you!

Leadership retreat
During our leadership retreat, we attended a convention that we were presenting at. We had plenty of room and quite space to prepare. it turned out wonderful. the stay here was fabulous! between presentation and the other workshops we met many CEUs that we needed for a continuing education requirements. we got to work on our spirituality and enjoy the beach. We got to build on our unity and our team fellowship by sharing meals and time together. The overall stay was fabulous and quite relaxing.

This is in a gated community and the neighboring house were empty when we went. Great living space for large groups to enjoy Oregon coast winter weather. Easy walk to the beach and close to costco and state park. The house could use some new linens and a little more dusting.

Good group house with perks
Enjoyed the stay here - it had the amenities that we needed. There were a few setbacks (hot water went out) but they fixed it. Apparently we were told they are going to shift from well water to city system soon. The hot tub water and toilet water was discolored which was weird but they assured us that nothing was wrong. Overall, I'd recommend this place.
