All credit goes to the outstanding staff, excluding any building or furniture-related concerns.”

Great hotel with 5 star treatment

Everything. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in years.

We stayed in the Studio Apartment, and it was great. There is a washer/dry combo, however, don’t plan on anything over a few t-shirt and maybe one pair of heavy jeans. There are enough dishes and pans to cook for 2 people, there is a built-in dishwasher if required. Detergent, dishwasher pods and washer detergent. Neighborhood was nice and you’re within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Harrods and the Victoria and Albert. There is a wide variety of restaurant within walking distance of the apartment.
