"What a great condo. Very clean and has everything you could want (paper goods, soaps, games, videos, and a fully stocked kitchen). My wife and I stayed in the master suite and the kids stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs has its own TV room and a full laundry room. Waterville Valley ski mountain is only a 5 minute drive. The town square is a short walk and has a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants. We will definitely be back several times."

"Rick’s unit was a perfect little getaway. The unit was clean and comfortable with every kitchen amenity to allow us to cook lovely dinners and escape the hustle of Boston. Although, the condo is located within a mile of anywhere you’d want to be in Lincoln! We enjoyed a “five star” stay with a wonderful view of the mountain and hope to be back very soon!"

"Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Just to note - water pressure isn’t great in the shower and if you’re sensitive to smells, the lower level where the bedrooms are has a slight damp smell to...
