The cleanliness, clutter and lack of organization of the home and the areas that surrounded the usable out door space was disappointing and didn’t reflect the photos. "I have to be honest. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a rental. I was sent a rental agreement to sign only 1 hour before I was supposed to receive codes and arrive at the property. I was driving 9hrs to get there, only had my phone and no service. This should have been brought up sooner when I was sent my welcome message.
