We loved staying here. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts thought of everything! The views were spectacular! And we got to see deers both mornings. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful
This was the second time we have stayed at the Carriage house. It was lovely as ever. The bird watching was fantastic and watching the deer Graze while drinking our coffee was an extra treat. We enjoyed using the fire pit at night. I would highly recommend.

Perfect place for a get away in the mountains. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views from the deck and sitting out by the fire pit. The host was more than helpful with ideas of things to do in the area. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving Treat
This was a perfect fit for our needs this Thanksgiving. We were visiting family that has a house in the development but was at capacity. The Carriage House cabin was a perfect fit for us. Very cozy, clean and cute! The views of the mountains were spectacular and the host was very helpful and responsive at every step in the process. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect home away from home
i had biz in the area that I was in town for a week. I needed a clean, affordable, apartment for the week. This property was perfect! Great views! Quiet. Perfect for solo or a couple. A couple of very friendly cats visited me on the deck and made me feel less homesick.

Beautiful Setting - Outstanding
Cottage is beautiful in its pristine mountain setting. Sit on the deck, sip coffee and after dinner drinks and watch sunset with wildlife. Cottage is very nice and clean. Everything one needs to enjoy a stay: Full size kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and bedroom..all in one. Great place and very kind hosts. Hosts are so thorough. Thanks to Eric and Judy

An amazing place for wildflowers, sunsets, and stargazing
Hosts: very responsive, attentive, gracious. Details: every single need you could possibly think of, they already have it there for you. Clear instructions: 1) where to go/see, 2) how to check-out, 3) labels everywhere was very appreciated Comfort: 1) hot showers with great water pressure ended a great day. 2) bed mattress firmness was just right. Slept very well. Surprised at how comfortable I was compared to other vrbos. 3) kitchen stocked to help you complete your meals and morning coffee was greatly helpful! Lodging: Very modern, very new, very nice. The space was just right. I was very comfortable. Area: The view and area was amazing. Lots of wildflowers with bees and monarchs. Beautiful skies, sunsets, and rolling clouds. Company: The cats, Seven and Sazz, helped me feel welcome every day. Every vrbo should have cats! :)

Short distance from town
From the pictures, we thought we were alone, however there were houses around and very close! The nearest store was maybe a mile away. We were visiting the casino for my boyfriend birthday. It was a 20/25 min drive to Murphy where the casino was located. The owners had a cat or 2 but they were very friendly. They also had dogs but they weren’t allowed in our area. Didn’t really have the privacy we wanted due to the owners living directly outside of the property! There was also a major bug problem, not because of the location but because there was a small opening under the front door! TO BE CLEAR, THERE WERE NO BUGS INSIDE OF PROPERTY BUT BECAUSE OF THE SMALL OPENING, SOME WERE ABLE TO COME INSIDE! Other than that the place was perfect for the 2 of us and definitely plan on staying again in the near future
