"Great food, staff friendly and helpful. But cleaner needs to do better lots of hair in shower and dirty lady stuff left in draw. But beds and towels clean. We had a good stay and would stay again."

"We always enjoy our stay at the Lawns when we come to Retford to visit family and friends. The rooms are much bigger than average and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely big towels and a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water.Extremely good value."

"Lovely place to stay, needs a few touches here and there like shower curtains and extractor fan, but perfect value for money, especially with secure car park, would definitely come back! "

"The cottage was lovely, clean and spacious, well equipped. Beautiful location with great views, quiet and seems remote but convenient short drive to shops."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"Rooms are lovely but its in center of doncaster and all you can here is music playing all night till all hours in a morning but other then that very clean and welcoming "

"Above a busy and noisy kebab shop, noise,smell and heat until 4am, booked 2 nights only stayed 1. If it was £30 night would be fine but not £60 "

"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done.
