"Ein ganz außergewöhnliches Haus mit riesigem Garten, Zelt, Feuerplatz und Terasse! Das Haus selber hat so viele individuell gestaltete Zimmer! Durch die Aufteilung der Räume verteilt es sich gut auch wenn man in einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist. "

"We stayed at the hotel for a short getaway. The property was clean and well organized concerning the COVID situation. Unfortunately the restaurant was mediocre at best and we had no hot water for almost half of our stay. "

"Vi har haft en skøn ferie med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Huset var stille og lydsvagt. Hoveddøren var meget utæt, og det trak ind. Emhættens lys virkede ikke. Knive og sakse i køkkenet var i stykker. Vi klarede os, men det er en god ide at få lavet det. I badelandet var vandet til de små meget beskidt og meget koldt. Og der var meget klor i vandet "

"Als Familie ist es ein toller Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Allerdings ist man wirklich auf ein Auto angewiesen, denn im nahen Ortskern gibt es außer ein paar, bei uns leider geschlossenen Geschäften nichts nennenswertes. Außerhalb der Saison ist es außerdem schwierig, Aktivitäten im näheren Umkreis zu finden. Da hilft natürlich das inkludierte Schwimmbad, das allerdings auch oft zu gut besucht ist. "A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"Es war ein tolles Wochenende. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr modern. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft. Die einzige Kritik gilt den Betten hinter dem Wohnzimmer. Die Matratzen sind wahnsinnig teuer teuer hart."

"Perfect for staying by the Inselsee for a couple of days. Beautiful location by the lake. Maybe better to come with a car, but 15 min walk there are occasional buses to train station also. Bike rental nearby. Service superb and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast. With such bargain price really worth to go for. "

"I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal. However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. This also meant the sauna and steam room were out of service, as alarms wouldn’t be available in emergencies. There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. "Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. The sauna area which we had to ourselves was...
