Perfect getaway. The owners live in the same building so you will likely run into them when you are in the backyard. They are very friendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful home!
Very beautiful three story home with views of the country side! We stayed here for a little over a week with two families of three each, which the home fit perfectly. The kitchen area is well equipped and allowed us to cook easily to save some money on food. Beds were comfortable and heaters allowed for us to control temperature. Spa and sauna were great places to relax after a day of walking the city. Would highly recommend. Hosts were very accommodating and accessible during stay.

Idealic setting , luxurious accomodations
We were delighted with our stay at the farmhouse 'Kaakberg'....the setting could not be more ideal....immediately across the road is the beach and sea, a lovely farm spreads around in every direction, the village of Edam is an easy bike ride away. Edam is a lovely town with plenty of shopping, good restaurants and bars. We day tripped to places like the Keukenhof gardens and Haarlem but mostly we loved just relaxing in this beautifully equipped and decorated home. The sauna and spa were wonderful bonuses to come home to after a long day of touring....Saskia was a perfect host....friendly and knowledgeable. Two weeks later after staying in a variety of other locations all four of us still thought this was the best stay of our trip......

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und das Haus war super (besonders der Jacuzzi). Auf jeder Etage waren frische Blumen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Saskia und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. 100% empfehlenswert :-)

Ein herrlicher Urlaubsort!
Dieser Ort ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter sind nett und die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich dort absolut entspannen. Für die Aktion ist Amsterdam perfekt, in das Zentrim fährt man gerade mal 25 min. Wir können dieses Domizil guten Herzens nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
