He apologized several times and seemed a bit nervous, but I reassured him that I'd be willing to take whatever he had available. He ended up finding a room and then the key didn't fit. Honestly, I couldn't get annoyed because sometimes these things just happen. He went above and beyond to get us situated. "You can’t beat the service here! From the minute I booked, someone reached out to me to make sure they’d be prepared for our visit. We don’t love to travel with our dogs but we had to, and their dog friendly suites are amazing. River front, easy access to the patio that locks so you can let your pets sit outside for a bit. Super clean inside and comfy. Well appointed and even had a portable fan. We’ll be back! "
