The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) "The house was clean and nice for an older structure. It appears that the surrounding land is used for boat storage or something. Didn’t bother us but was unexpected. The house itself was clean and the property owner didn’t bother us which is super nice. We would stay again! "
