Das Ostseebad Bansin ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In Mellenthin kann man in einem Bioladen einkaufen, eine Kaffeerösterei ist ebenso fußnah zu erreichen. Das Wasserschloss lädt zu leckerem Kaffee und Kuchen ein. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen."

"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! "Leider waren einige Dinge in der Unterkunft defekt. Duschwand raus rausgebrochen, Duschkopf mit Klebeband befestigt, Duschkopf konnte nicht eingehangen werden, da die Halterung abgebrochen war. An den Plissees waren teilweise die Ketten bereits gerissen."

"Die Funktion der einzelnen Hausschlüssel konnte beim Check-In nicht erläutert werden. FEWO-Türe klemmt und knarrt laut, alle Sitzmöbel sind durchgesessen und verschlissen. Bettgestell knarrte bei jeder Schlaf-Bewegung laut. Leuchten im Flur mit defekten Birnen. Küchennutzung durch Platzmangel etwas eingeschränkt. Viel Verkehrslärm durch fahrende und parkende Autos und einen Regen Buslinienverkehr bei beiden Straßenseiten. Tiefgarage nur als Gitterkorbparkplatz möglich."

"Die Ferienwohnung war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle unsere Aktivitäten während unseres einwöchigen Urlaubes auf Usedom. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet - es hat nichts gefehlt. Auch die Küche ist vollkommen in Ordnung (ich bin übrigens 186cm groß ;-)). Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen - und der Strand - sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag hier zur Ruhe zu kommen tat Körper und Seele gut!"

"Die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man kann alles im Ort schnell und zu Fuß erreichen. Edeka und Aldi sind gleich neben an. Die Ostsee kann man in 10 und das Achterwasser in 5 Minuten erreichen. Die Bahn und einen Fahrradverleih sind ebenso nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. "Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "
