"The resort is situated in natural habitat. The ambience is good. You can alway hear the pleasant sound of cricket and the stream. The cottages and facilities seems to be old not well maintained. The buffet is fine. But they are very reluctant to provide room service. Hence if you have difficulty in walking or on wheel chair or with small babies avoid this place. "We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable."

"Excellent rooms and very clean with plenty of greenery and flowers. Meals were nothing extravagant but good though the vegetarian options were limited on the Christmas day. The property had lot of trails on their property though the sign boards marking the trail are limited. I got lost in a trail within the property with no recognizable trails and had to use the google maps on satellite mode to locate the nearest path.
