"We spent the week in this cute, two bedroom apartment right on the beach. It has a nice big patio with chairs so you can sit and look out over the ocean and watch the moon rise. I was never up early enough to see sunrises, ha ha! If you leave the sliding glass doors open, you can hear the ocean at all times. Very peaceful. "Everything was exactly as described. The beach was easily accessible and very clean. We used one of the pools and it was clean as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was nice to be able to walk 2 blocks to the Catholic Church on Sunday. "

The restaurants we found were excellent, although coming on a holiday weekend made the wait for a table longer. The only issue was that the roof was being replaced during our stay. "Great central location for Corolla and Hatteras excursions. Wonderful sunrises. Close to restaurants. Only negative was slow and often seemingly non-operational elevator. "

"Pictures truly do not do this property justice. It is even nicer and more spacious in person. A former model unit that is beautifully decorated and maintained. It was the perfect location for a winter weekend getaway to the Outer Banks. Even when the weather was bad we were able to curl up around the fire and do puzzles and watch playoff football. And we were so close to the many sites that we wanted to check out including The Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge and Jeannette's Pier. ...
