"We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...

"We had a great stay for a long weekend. We brought our French bulldog Winston. The condo is in excellent shape with a king size bed. We just walked out the patio door to the pool and steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Andrew. "

"This was perfect! It’s centrally located so we were able to tour the entire Outer Banks. The beach is right outside the back door. And we spent a lot of time watching pelicans and dolphins from the balcony! "

"1st off the condo has amazong views from both living & bedroom. Although bldg was old, it was sturdy and wekl maintained; except for no evaluator to unit. Other then that, its a quiet a place w/plenty places to diine! "
