"Very friendly efficient staff. A HUGE clean airy room with bright big window . The window had black out curtains so nice and dark at night . All lovely and clean with fast hot running water for bath and shower . Unfortunately Brasserie restaurant closed in evenings so went to the Boat House which was clean . Good food and efficient staff. Hot stone massage was really good. It could do with a few more loungers in by the swimming pool . Excellent stay . I would highly recommend."

"The hotel and staff were excellent but I would point out the food needs to be hotter. We had breakfast and some evening meals and on all occasions the food really wasn’t hot enough. Nothing wrong with the food just needs to be hot not warm "

"Stayed here for just the one night but would have been happy to stay more. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed this before the under 5 minute drive into Cirencester where there is a nice village style high street with an array of eateries plus shops. Room was comfortable and quite spacious, shower room had a double walk in shower, heating was very toastie and we woke up too hot; could have and should have turned the radiators down but was nice when we first came in from the cold. Nice in room toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. Would recommend for a stay and we’ll be back if over that way again to try the spa "

"Absolutely lovely hotel that is a real hidden gem. Lovely rooms, clean and tidy and in a great area. With breakfast, gym and swimming pool complex included in the price, you really can’t go wrong. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "
