"This is like home to me. The staff was lbetter than family. They were amazing . The food was amazing . The staff is so helpful and I want to live here. The best vacation ever. Namibia is amazing and so relaxing. I love everyone at this motel. If I could give it 10 stars ⭐️ I would . Laundry service so affordable and the best!!!! The tours are affordable and amazing. The rooms are wonderful and the cleanest ever !!!! Love my ladies at the front desk !!! Love y’all you made it great for me!!!...

"Hotel was up to standard of the company; however, the central area was not conducive to safe walking after dark. I was accosted by an unsuccessful 'Artful Dodger' during my 90 second walk from the only viable restaurant to the hotel. During the day such considerations were not apparent. The other Protea hotel on the lagoon would be preferable. "

"A high quality hotel. Well presented, clean and with a feel of luxury. Staff who greeted us and the lady who prepared breakfast were very professional and cheerful. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold with a wide choice to pick from. Height recommend this small hotel. "

"Rude management, bedding in a pile on the beds unmade, single bed duvet for two beds pushed togther .. refused to provide double bed duvet though they did provide a second single duvet, one single blanket and one towel. when questionned we were told its the onwers decisionn and the manager had lots of eperince so they were correct. it was explained that many customers complained about the beds then the followng mornign the opposite was told to us. Never again"

"Nothing is good about this hotel. Over priced (very) for the condition of the room (very dark, most of light fixtures broken, horror bathroom, damaged wall, cracked and hole on the ceiling, the carpet is filthier than the door mat, very noisy room due to sports bar - and thats not all..) anyway, NOT WORTH the money! "

"I wasvholidaying in Namibia from Canada and wanted to host some friends who live here, and wanted a home with 6 bedrooms, each with private ensuites, an inviting yard for children, beach access for long walks, cozy living rooms, and a large dining area...this place with its central location between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay was perfect! Large groups or small will find this home secure, clean, friendly and equipped with all necessary amenities. In short, highly recommended, a 'gem'! "

"Wir haben eine Unterkunft über Fewo-direkt gebucht und auch vollständig bezahlt. Leider hat der Vermieter auf Kontaktaufnahme nicht reagiert und nach einem Anruf uns mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft nicht frei ist und er auch keine Buchung erhalten hat. Daraufhin wurde durch ihre Agentur, die Buchung storniert (bislang ohne Geld zurück!!!) und wir mussten ständig irgendwo Quartier suchen. Der Urlaub , der keiner gewesen ist!"
