"The desk assistant was courteous. Told us that hot water and decaf coffee was available. The room was clean and tidy. I will say that the carpet outside of the elevator could use a good cleaning. When checking out we told them the bed made a bit sore. The desk clerk told us that they have mattress pads. Next time we will tale them up on that offer"

"Check in was smooth but it was done through a kiosk, on like a zoom. no actual live person in the lobby to actually greet you. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, pillows fluffy. The breakfast was mainly snacks & coffee. "

"The room and the bed were very comfortable. The breakfast selections were good and the dining area had plenty of seating. We look forward to staying here in the future."
