There was food on the pull out bed, strands of hair on the floor and the blinds required some dusting. With all of that said I would stay the night again. "The studio was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. All the amenities you need are available, kitchen was full size and living area was comfortable and worked well for the visit. "The location was perfect. There was only hot water, off and on, in the first week, but this was resolved and had it consistently in the 2nd week. We felt safe as there was a coded gate to the premises as well as the front door. You can definitely tell there are multiple people living above this rental, but it was quieter at night. There were a few other bumps, but overall, I liked this rental."

I had to connect to it with my laptop to watch Thanksgiving football. And also the pool table is very warped and unlevel, not playable.
