"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...
