The high-quality NON-SMOKING cottage has 2 bedrooms with double beds and / or single beds, a large living room, 2 cable TV (140cm), X-Box, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and anteroom. The house was opened in March 2013 and is also suitable for allergy sufferers. Feel free to feel at home in our 10,000 m² garden. Sunbathing area, table football, and ping-pong table are always at your disposal. We invite you to taste our delicious organic fruits at any time. Guest carport available. Visitors are only tolerated in the garden and only with agreement.

The two apartments are located in the Vitalwelt Bad Schallerbach / Wallern, on the outskirts of the village Bergern, surrounded by orchards. The apartments not only impress with their price, but offer you the comfort that you desire both during the holidays and on a business trip. The 95 m2 is divided into a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with 1 bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed. Ideal for 2 couples or a couple with 2-3 children. The 10,000 m2 garden not only offers children exciting opportunities to get to know nature, but adults will also enjoy our panoramic balcony with views over the Landl and the Prealps. The evening can be pleasantly concluded with a glass of red wine on the balcony or on the terrace. Our house has been built and expanded according to ecological standards, so we offer only Non smoking apartments. Our house offers all-year feel-good atmosphere, no matter whether to the cherry blossom, in the autumnal play of colors or snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Bed linen, bath towels and towels are included in the price. With normal leave NO final cleaning. Child discounts!Our guests receive a one-off 50% discount on the Eurothermenpass (Aquapulco, Tropicana and Relaxium) from Monday to Friday.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr freundlich und man hat sich so richtig willkommen gefühlt. Das Apartmenthaus ist super sauber und sehr schön und gemütlich. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Kinder waren herzlich willkommen und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicher irgendwann selbst auch mal wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!
