"Our stay was great for 1 night to fly out from Zurich airport, hotel was nice & airport shuttle was A1. I've a problem though with the hotel tax of 3.50 CHF/p. I paid your staff Dilan the 7 CHF in cash upon checkin (May 2), she didn't give me a receipt, thinking that's OK. Came home & found out I was charged Cdn $12+ on my cred card. I assume it's the hotel tax as nothing was damaged, messaged hotel yesterday but no reply. Please respond. Thank you!"

We caught an early flight the next morning and were surprised to see the hotel to provide some free hot croissants at the lobby for guests. This is very thought for guests checking out early who don’t have time to buy breakfast. "

"This hotel is 10 minutes to airport and 25 minutes to central train station and city center. All the staff were helpful and rooms were comfortable, clean and well stocked . Very close to shopping center and open 24 hours of service. Thank you . Keep up great service kaushik "
