"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"

"Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. "The description of the hotel included "Indoor pool", "balcony or tarrace" in every room, "raindrop shower-head" and free internet. We were presented a room without windows (only ceiling windows covered with snow). The "indoor pool" turned out to be a jacuzi without any water (!). They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us.
