My favorite things were the outdoor grill (try the local salmon if you can find it), the host's delicious homemade bread, and the roomba-like (Shark, actually) device that did a super job picking up crumbs and little bits of nature that blew in. "The owner is very nice and guided us to visit his own dock to see closely the river next to the suite. The hot tub is really a good place to us after a long day walk. We should stayed there longer, not just for one day."

"This is a nice property. It is very well equipped, comfortable, has above average decor and furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens and towels were great. The upstairs suite was occupied for some of our stay and it was a bit noisy but not overly so. We had a couple of minor issues while we were there but the property management company was very responsive. The outside patio was lovely and we enjoyed sitting and looking at the ocean."

The location is convenient and central but situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The backyard views are lovely and the apartment itself is cozy and was spotless. "Perfect place for the two of us to stay for 12 nights while visiting family in Ladysmith. Clean, convenient and a new remodel. It is on the second floor with an outside staircase and entree which was fine. We will stay there again someday."

"Everything was perfect. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The patio was wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine. The area was easy to get around in, shopping close by and has the best restaurant/pub (Cobblestone Pub) we’ve had the pleasure to eat at. Every item we picked was delicious and the service was awesome. The Thai restaurant in Shawinigan Lake was also excellent, great pad thai! We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it highly."
