Creekside In-Town Oasis w/POOL 1.5miles from Downtown

This home is nestled in a park-like setting with the peaceful sounds of a beautiful creek flowing through. Enjoy the natural surroundings in a quiet seating area with your own hammock for reading or resting.
1.5 miles to downtown and close to many acclaimed wineries.
The home is on 3 levels. The main floor hosts the master bedroom en-suite, kitchen, dining room, living room and additional half bath.
The outdoor patio is just off the dining room making it great for overflow guest seating and morning coffee.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full sized bathroom to share.
The 4th bedroom is located downstairs as well as a Queen sized sleeper couch. Downstairs has a large living room to play games and enjoy TV.
