"The fold out couch is not comfortable at all a little better sleeping on the floor. This apartment was clean with the exception of the dishes. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, and I did not feel comfortable using any of the kitchen utensils after seeing the dirty dishes. The management company is great to deal with.
