Contacted that person stated we couldn't get in after awhile I called VRBO was on hold for awhile they had to get housekeeping's code to get in. After I got off with VRBO I got a code from another person to use. Also no instructions on how to lock the door I'm sure we were to use the keycard but it was useless.
