"This is a simple business type hotel. When we checked in there was a long line and the front desk person didn’t even talk to you when you checked in. He waved you forward with your fingers as he was arguing on the phone with somebody about a bill. Not exactly a warm, hospitable greeting. The room itself was fine. Clean with good beds. If you’re looking for a warm shower in a good bed, this hotel would suffice. I would, however, expect a much more appropriate greeting from the staff."

Sure, the breakfast is good, the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean etc, but when you are in your room you don't feel like you are in a "Hotel" room so much. They have added decorative elements to make the rooms feel much more than "yet another Hotel". I've stayed there a few times, but all the rooms from the smaller standard rooms...
