What can I say? You will literally step off the back deck and you are on the beach! Set in the neighborhood of Bayshore this awesome home is one of the few ocean front homes with direct beach access and peek a boo ocean views. Sunrise and Sunsets are incredible and the beach is wide open for exploring, fires, running, walking or shell collecting. Comfortable and Cozy ~ you may never want to leave but Newport and Yachats are just minutes away! Waldport is known for its amazing crabbing and Salmon fishing!!

NOTE: I am happy to have your dogs come along. I have had trouble recently with (wet) dogs on couches, bedding, tubs etc which makes it extremely hard on housekeeping. If housekeeping has to spend extra time with pet issues I will charge an extra fee of $40 per dog per stay. I am happy to not charge if you pick up after your dogs! I do want to keep allowing them so help me out please:)

The home itself is all on one floor. The garage sits below the house so there are 14 stairs to get to the main floor.

The open concept of this home allows for wonderful time with family and friends and has a puzzle table to boot!

Spacious kitchen with all the amenities, large center Island, Dining room with a view and table and chairs for 8. The Living Room has 2 large picture windows with 2 swivel recliners, and 2 full couches for gazing at the beach/waves, snuggling up with a good book by the fire or just chatting with family.

3 bedrooms have 2 king beds and a bunk room that includes 2 full/Twin Combination Bunks. The Master Bedroom has a view of the Beach/Waves and the 2nd Master has a view of the Alsea Bay Bridge and Town Lights.

The master Bathroom is spa spacious with a Jetted Tub, Shower and double sinks. The 2nd bathroom has a full tub/shower set up and double sinks. There is also a large laundry room. The mud room entry will allow you to shed any shoes/coats before you enter the upstairs! Please come and have a wonderful time! You won't be sorry. It's a cool house!

Whale of a time in Waldport
This house is clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. The food in Waldport is delicious and the people are friendly.

Our favorite place to stay in a Waldport!
We love this vacation home! Nothing better then having large windows through out for a wonderful view and sand right out the back door. This home has everything you need to be comfortable and just settle in for some R&R!

We love staying at this house. It is as close to the beach as you can get in Waldport. The house has everything you could need. The host/owner has really thought about what you would need to really enjoy your stay. We will continue to visit this home every year!

Perfect Summer vacation
We have stayed out this house 7 of the last 10 years. It is perfect for us. When our children were young, they played in the sand outside the back door. It is a short walk to the beach with miles of sand that is somehow not too busy. We love sitting on the nearly empty beach every night watching the sun set. The beds are comfortable. The house is cozy. I highly recommend spending your summer vacation in this home!

We had a fabulous time staying at this property for our long weekend! Stepped out the back door right onto the sand and headed down to the ocean. Spacious, open, comfortable and clean—we will definitely plan a return visit in this home. It was perfect for our family and our lab!

You Will Not Be Disappointed!
What an amazing location, and perfect large space that has everything you need! Watch the sun rise across the bay off of your front deck, and enjoy a very private open beach to watch the sunset. The house is even better than described in the listing, and is very well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

The house was exactly as described. Right on the beach, clean, FULLY stocked with essentials. Conveniently located minutes from town. This home is really comfortable, lovely and had everything you think you would need + more. We loved the layout and it was great to have a well stocked kitchen as we cooked most our meals. There were sand toys for kiddo, puzzle table, wi+fi, beach chairs etc. Great location, lots of space for everyone, perfect beach to play on everyday. The owner was super responsive with a couple questions we had, we will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay here! Communication w owner was quick and wonderful. Home is as pictured. Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels nice, furniture was comfortable, kitchen well appointed and had everything we could need. We liked being able to take the outdoor chairs down to the beach. The sand off the back deck was so fun for my kids to play in. Slider off back deck didn’t lock. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great vacation!

The house wasn't very clean. The coffee pot had moldy coffee grounds in the basket. carboard box stuffed in the corner with toy and so many toy on the back porch we had to clean them up to use it. One of the table chairs seat was broken. And a lot of the cups and dishes had chips in them. Sorry we wanted to like the house it was just frustrating.

Perfect location, cheerful decor, clean house, excellent host. First time in a long time we have enjoyed our trip to the coast. The home is very welcoming- comfortable-well stocked with nice dishes silverware glasses utensils etc. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into this house with extra items like phone chargers dog dishes potty bags umbrellas boots toys games. Super cute bedroom with bunks perfect for kids. TVs in every room for those times in house. Linens are nice and soft with super thick towels. It literally it all there. I am extremely picky on cleanliness extremely - this home is clean. Not just saying this we will definitely be back. I hope future renters take care of this property and respect that this home is someone else’s and treat it better than their own for the future renters like us who would live to come back and enjoy!

RELAXING
This was a wonderful house to stay at. It's located on the beach just a little walk through the grass and sand. We all had a great time fishing, boating, walking on the beach, and relaxing.
