"We were given a handicap room with combo shower/restroom area which wasn't the best for two persons to share the space. TV remote worked inadvertently and room AC control didn't seem operable. We ended up sleeping with the window open for air flow. Main draw for this property was the on site parking."

"Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway."

"Overall pleasant stay, but property is a bit dated now and in need of an overhaul. Room was comfortable, but some wear & tear in bathroom. Great staff, food was good at breakfast, OK at dinner (as a vegetarian, limited options). So, good price, good location. Would stay there again."

"Excellent hotel just a short walk from Heidelberg's main train station. The convenient electronic check-in process made arrival a breeze. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The customer service for breakfast and lunch was great! Check in was great! We did get stuck in the garage for about 10minutes because no one would answer the intercom, we had to call them on the phone, slight inconvenience. Otherwise, this location was great."

"We LOVED this hotel. The location ia spectacular. We had a car so this hotel was one of few to offer parking. Getting there was a tiny bit challenging as you have to pay attention to the road signs to not miss the turns. Absolutely worth it. "

"Convenient for transport for tram, bus and train. The area felt safe even at night and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment floor could have been cleaner as the laminate was dusty and the dishwasher not emptied and dishes not put away. The fridge wasn't turned on and there weren't enough towels and beddings for the number of booked occupants and staff didn't know what a duvet cover is when asked. We were eventually given flat sheets but not pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat...

"The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and the place was clean and beautiful and very comfortable for us. We were in the unit on the top floor that had two bedrooms so we have views out on the river and into old town that were stunning."

"This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!"

"The staff are wonderful and the location of Hotel Hollander Hof is absolutely perfect for a stay in Heidelberg. Very helpful staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms are warm, the beds comfortable. You’re right in the middle of the aldstadt only metres from the old bridge and great restaurants nearby. "

"Gemütlliche und geräumige Ferienwohnung in schöner und entspannter Lage. ( gemütliches Dorf toll zum entspannen)2 Schlafzimmer und große Stube mit toller Couch und großen TV einzig das Doppelbett ein bisl klein wenn man 1,8 * 2m gewöhnt ist. "Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "

"This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover"

Beautiful homey place with great owners

"We really enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful, homey, and spacious. We utilized the kitchen, which while small, had all the amenties. The balconies were great, especially the one in the back. The living room and bedrooms had lots of space and storage. The host was super responsive, and very helpful and knowledgeable, and dealt with my terrible german very well. The one note I'd make (and may have missed when reading the description) is how many stairs are involved. It was not an issue for us, but there are a lot of stairs after a long day hiking, which I overlooked when reading. TLDR, would recommend, would gladly stay again."
