"Die Wohnung war sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Viele Bücher für Kinder auch da. Lage super! Strand ist gar nicht weit und super für Kinder (und Erwachsene natürlich auch). Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub."

Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. "Modern, clean and well equipped property with added bonus of secure parking for car and bikes. Comms with host were excellent with quick responses to any queries and worthy recommendations of places to eat. Apartment was however very warm in the summer sunshine and being close to a busy road meant that sleeping with windows open was difficult - luckily we had packed earplugs! A little further from the centre of Friedrichshafen that we had imagined, but cycle routes made journey to the centre...

"So clean, kitchen well equipped, setting is charming. In town but nearly surrounded by apple orchards. The hosts spoke English and were very welcoming and helpful. One afternoon we enjoyed the patio. Lovely area to walk, very convenient to bus stop when you want to visit Lindau Island. Parking for our car. Highly recommend."

"Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, Einrichtung war zweckmäßig.Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Jedoch war der Balkon sehr ungepflegt. auch die Sauberkeit in der Dusche war nicht gut. Der Duschkopf mit Klebeband notdürftig repariert? Schade!"

"My family and I use VRBO / HomeAway regularly and this is by far the cleanest property with the most helpful host ever. The photos really don't do the apartment justice...it is much larger than it appears and is super comfortable for a family of 4-5. The unit is furnished with all the modern conveniences and has an outstanding view of the lake and the Alps. Charming Meersburg is a short walk and there are lots of other things to do within an hour's drive along beautiful Lake Constance. Thanks...

"Great location ,and short walk to Dornbirn. The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need. The only thing is the noise from traffic,however if you shut all windows and blinds it's not a problem. Also underground carpark great. "We enjoyed our stay! Besides being very beautiful, it had facilities like a kitchenette which enable to cook home made food. Very close to supermarket, staffs were amazing, always helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen...
