"we enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a homey feeling, country style of the past, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, quiet surrounding, in walking distance to the main ropeway station, and a most gracious front desk, all this making a great holiday though a bit short. was looking forward to return but it will not happen to my regret."

"I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. On arrival they checked me into a room that is no longer being used for guests, ie it had no curtains etc. When I left in the morning and tried...

The staff is authentic and friendly, from GM to dining room, room service and bartenders. True professionals who want to provide the finest service and they succeed. The food is excellent, if a bit expensive, and the views from the dining rooms, both Epoch and Rotunda are superb. Also good wine lists. "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...
