We would definitely stay there again but prospective tenants should be aware that access to the apartment requires climbing 69 steps from ground level to front door. "We were met by the care taker. Parking was a bit a way from the apartment, but made for a nice little walk. The apartment is up a couple flights of stairs. (This happens to be normal in a lot of German rentals.) The apartment was clean and spacious. Pamphlets of things to do were provided on the dresser in the front of the apartment. "The apartment/ home in Koblenz was a wonderful stop for our family. The home was spacious and had beautiful views of the city and river. It was well equipped for us to cook a few meals from. It was a little tricky to find at first, but the detailed instructions were very helpful and we were able to do so. Our host was wonderful!! "It was a short stay. We stayed shorter than planned. The kitchen is very good. The bathroom is small, but okay. The bedroom has a very old bed. The stairs to the attic apartment were not very comfortable, it creaked and felt unsafe. As far as we are concerned, the garden can be cleaned up, which improves the impression."
