Beautiful Chalet - Achental Hutte

Achental Hutte is nestled in the serene Pinzgau Valley in the village of Wald Im Pinzgau, part of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Achental Hütte is a beautiful detatched chalet that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Brilliantly located, in the Winter to access vast amounts of skiing, and in the Summer to experience the sheer beauty of the Austrian Alps. Access to HochKrimmel, Konigsleiten, Neukirchen , Bramberg & Hollersbach which links to Kitzbuhel all within 20 mins from the chalet.

The wonderful Kristall Bad indoor / outdoor pool accessible all year around is only 100m from the chalet. Guests of Achental Hutte need to pay Euros 3 per person per night for 3 hours use of the pool everyday. An invoice for the local tourist taxes and pool passes will be sent once I have a completed booking form from you. Please bring your own pool towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, fabulous triple aspect views from huge windows and direct access onto the East, West and South facing terraces to make the most of the lovely sunshine at any time of the day.
Split level opening up to comfy living area with fantastic wood burner.
Two double bedrooms, 1 x twin room, 1 x bunk room that sleeps 3
1 main bathroom with shower and bath, 1 shower room, additional wc and additional shower in the sauna area.
All bed linen and bath towels included in rental price.

Underground parking for 2 cars with direct access into the chalet.
Local Tourist Taxes: Euro 2,50 per person per night, Euro 1 per child per night (14yrs & under). An invoice for this will be emailed upon completion of the booking form which will be sent by the Owner once your booking is confirmed.

Schönes Haus, Platz zum Essen und spielen
Es war schön. Haus warm. Genug warmes Wasser. Viel Platz im obersten Geschoss zum spielen, essen, kochen. Sauna ist extern zu ereichen (man muss durch einen kalten Gang - Fluchtweg der Tiefgarage - gehen). Leider kostet das Haus von 2022 auf 2023 mal kurz 1.000,- € mehr Miete in der Woche. Das ist nicht schön.

Tolles Chalet mit guter Ausstattung
- Tolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail - Küche war für 9 Personen mehr als ausreichend bestückt - Skibushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke (leider nur in die Zillertalarena und nicht nach Kitzski) - schade war, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, die Einzelbetten in ein Doppelzimmer umzuwandeln - haben zu Silvester ein tolles Feuerwerk gesehen (dank der holländischen Nachbarschaft) -> würde das Chalet aufjeden Fall wieder buchen und an Freunde empfehlen

Mooi en zeer netjes chalet, van alle gemakken voorzien.
Mooie ligging, goede en snel communicatie met de verhuurster. Jammer dat er weinig faciliteiten in het dorp zelf waren. Verder niets op aan te merken!

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Chalet. Die Lage war super und die Einrichtung im Wohnbereich waren passend und detailreich gestalten. Allein die Lage der Sauna und der gestaltene Raum in der die Sauna steht ist etwas abgelegen und rustikaler eingerichtet. Die Sauna erreicht man über den Hausflur, das ist etwas Schade, da wir ein Kind mithalten und somit eine Nutzung eher schwieriger war, durch die leichte ab

Alles in allem schönes Chalet, leider Ameisenprobleme
Das Chalet ist schön gelegen und gut ausgestattet für 8 Gäste: großer Tisch, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, genügend Schlafplatz. Leider hatten Ameisen einen Zugang gefunden - Getränke im Wohnzimmer waren nach 2h belagert. Sie hatten ihren Weg auch in die Spülmaschine und eins der Schlafzimmer gefunden. Trotz Fallen der Vermieterin konnten wir uns nicht mehr 100% wohl fühlen. Schade!

Ein tolles Chalets für Familie und Freunde
Uns hat das Chalet sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick war wirklich traumhaft. In der Küche war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Optimal wären noch ein paar neue Pfannen - so dass die Eierspeisen dann auch perfekt gelingen. Die Zimmer waren zwar wirklich sehr klein, es hatte aber jeder einen Schlafplatz. Das Bett unter dem Fenster im Zweibettzimmer sollte mal überprüft werden - es ist während unseres Aufenthalts zweimal kaputtgegangen. Was sicherlich noch verbessert werden könnte, ist die Sauberkeit. Eventuell lag es vielleicht auch daran, dass es coronabedingt eine zeitlang unbewohnt war. Die Auflagen für die Sitzmöbel draußen lagen wahllos zerstreut auf der Terrasse - waren dadurch auch nass. Vorteilhaft ist sicherlich auch noch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner - so konnte man zwischendurch auch mal die Handtücher und ein paar Klamotten waschen. Die Lage der Sauna ist ok - ein Wellnessfeeling kommt aber leider so nicht auf. Die zwei Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren sehr gut durchdacht - so konnte man von dort aus direkt ins Chalet. Leider ließ sich die Eingangstür von der Garage aus nicht verschließen - somit war immer ein komisches Gefühl, wenn man in der Sauna saß und jeder Zutritt hatte … Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Chalet gern weiterempfehlen.

Chalet in toller Lage und sehr guter Ausstattung
Wir hatten mit drei Familien eine tolle Zeit in dem Chalet. Die Absprachen verliefen super unkompliziert und bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super - deswegen sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Einzige, was wichtig zu beachten ist, bucht man das Chalet über FeWo-direkt, so ist der Eintritt in die Therme (Pool) nicht inbegriffen.

Super schön! Viele Fliegen
Während unserem Aufenthalt im Sommer 2019 waren in und um die Hütte unerträglich viele Fliegen. Nach anschließendem E-Mail Verkehr sollten Fliegen Gitter angebracht werden. Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in der warmen Jahreszeit würde ich auf jeden Fall auf diese Fliegengitter bestehen, denn das waren unerträglich viele Fliegen. Mal abgesehen von den vielen Fliegen war alles super schön und super sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Auch die Terrasse inkl. Möbeln ist wirklich Gold wert.
