"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. "A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."

You need to go to another nearby hotel to check in and get the keys. But the owners worked with us to do an online check in, the previous day, and left the key for us at the location in a secure box. "Nice place, beautiful view. Large rooms to accommodate our group of 8. The breakfast was delicious. One thing we didnt love was getting there at 7 and they wouldnt feed us at the restaurant that closed at 9, because there was 8 of us, 4 kids and 4 adults. "
