Walchsee is located at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains in the district of Kufstein in Tyrol. These cosy holiday apartments (ATA073-ATA074) are surrounded by impressive mountain scenery. In summer, the nearby Walchsee is an ideal destination for families. Hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in the Kaiser Mountains region. The region also offers many opportunities for an active summer holiday such as paragliding, water sports, golf, a summer toboggan run, mountain biking or a trip to the outdoor pool. The apartments are in a quiet location, yet close to the village centre and the shores of Lake Walchsee. Ideal conditions for an unforgettable summer holiday for the whole family.

Sauberkeit ....
....der Fewo ließ schwer zu wünschen übrig. Vermutlich vom Vormieter war noch ein verschimmelter Filter in der Kaffeemaschine. Sauberkeit des Geschirrs mangelhaft, ebenso die Schränke und Geschirr Schubladen. Spinnweben in den Zimmerecken. Bad und Wc Ausrüstung entspricht nicht den heutigen Standards. Schimmelfugen in der Dusche. Teppichböden in den Schlafzimmern mit deutlich sichtbaren Flecken. Allgemein Zustand der Wohnung ist mangelhaft. Für was wird eine Reinigungspauschale in Rechnung gestellt wenn die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt. Für die aktuelle Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft kann der Vermieter nichts aber die Lärmbelästigung dient nicht der Urlaubserholung. In der Wohnung des Vermieters, diese befindet sich im EG, wird geraucht. Fazit: Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

Schöne große Wohnung in guter Lage, Sauberkeit mangelhaft
Die Wohnung gewinnt durch Großzügigkeit, ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Panoramafenster, einem großen Balkon im schönen Ort Walchsee, der alles bietet. Nähe zu kleinen oder großen Skigebieten, Reitstall, Bergwandern, im Sommer Baden im See. Leider ist die Wohnung nichts für Sauberkeitsfanatiker :-)
